KV Sunjuwan celebrates Yoga Day

JAMMU, Jun 21: K.V. Sunjuwan celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June in the Vidyalaya premises with great enthusiasm. It was really a great honour for the Vidyalaya as the Deputy Commissioner, S. Sambana, KVS, J.R., also participated in the mega event. He was accompanied by Mr. D.R. Meena, the Assistant Commissioner, KVS, J.R., who too showed great enthusiasm in the participation. Ms. Suman Sharma, PRT, KV Sunjuwan, made the day memorable by involving one and all in the Pranayams and the Yog Asanas. All students and other participants enjoyed the Yog exercises. Some of the students gave a brilliant performance of Advanced Yog Practices. Later, the students who had been selected in the State Level Yoga Day Display participated in the events held at Jammu University on the occasion of International Day of Yoga. Dr. V.P. Sharma, TGT, Sanskrit coordinated the programme.
