Army organises painting competition

Jammu, Jun 24: Army organised a “Painting Competition” at Mughal Maidan in Kishtwar district, today to promote artistic skills amongst school students. Around 35 boys and girls participated and exhibited their talents. The painting of kids reflected the spirit of patriotism and love for country in the young minds. The creativity of the children was commendable and praiseworthy.
In the end, the Army officials, recognising their efforts gave away prizes to best student from each class. The officials present praised the participants for showing such determination and encouraged them to practice and excel in all such events in future.
The event was also witnessed by various dignitaries of Mughal Maidan. Teachers and students from the school highly appreciated the efforts of the Army towards providing the students with such initiatives which are helpful in their all-round development.
