Northern Army Commander meets Governor

SRINAGAR, Jun 24: Lt Gen. Devraj Anbu, Northern Army Commander, accompanied by Lt. Gen. J.S. Sandhu, GoC XV Corps, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Governor and the Army Commander reviewed the situation along the IB, LoC and LAC in J&K and also discussed the need for sustained strict enforcement of the Counter Infiltration and Counter Terrorism Grids. They also discussed the counter-measures required to deal with the Terrorist attacks on the Police personnel and the security arrangements made for the smooth conduct of Shri Amarnathji Yatra 2017, commencing on 29th June 2017.
