DF, SS holds protest against killing of DySP

JAMMU, Jun 24: The workers of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a protest in Jammu City against the killing of a DSP Mohammad Ayub Pandit by the unruly and raging Mob outside of the Jama Masjid.
A raging mob on Thursday night beat a senior police officer to death near a mosque in downtown Srinagar.
A deputy superintendent of police was stripped naked and stoned to death by a mob outside the historic Jamia Masjid in Srinagar. When the DSP was coming out after checking the access control of the mosque, some miscreants caught hold of him while raising slogans and started beating him up.
He further said the Jammu and Kashmir Police was one of the best police forces in the country and was showing maximum restraint in dealing with law and order situation.
He while addressing the gathering of raged protestors stated that the people of Kashmir who have been considering India as there enemy and helping the Militants while army conducts a combing operation against them the locals try to hinder the operation by pelting stones upon the army men to provide the escape route to the militants.
An incident of few days back in which 6 police officers who were the local men were martyred by the militants and after that the faces of the police men were distorted. These militants are the local boys who claim themselves as the saviors of Kashmir are killing Kashmiris. A local DSP who was at the mosque for the local people and the smooth functioning of the prayers was hand beaten and lynched by the mob to such an extent that his face was not recognizable by the family even.
Such kind of ideology is not only a ticking time bomb for the locals but also for the country as law and order for them is nothing more than a piece of paper which they can bend as per there requisites. Such thinking is diabolical, self distorting and most importantly a path to the Judgment day which would not end well for these fanatics.
He further stated that Mir Waiz was present in the mosque at the time of the mob lynching and slogans were raised for the hailing of Musa the dead Hizbul Commander. Mr Gupta said that the killing of DSP has happened under the supervision of Mir Waiz Farooq, so a case must be registered under the section 302 against\ the Hurriyat leader.
The party workers who were present at the time of protest were Suresh, Birbal, Ram Paul, Pradhan, Sonu, Golu, Sushil, Arjun, Sanjhi, Ashwani, Karnail, Romy, Abhishek and various others were present.
