Why afraid of PIL on Article 35A: JKFFA questions Kashmiri leaders

JAMMU, Aug 11: Why the war of words for a case under jurisdiction in the Apex Court of India; why the Kashmiri leaders were afraid of the PIL on Article 35A of constitution; why they were talking about un-rest in the J&K on this section, questioned senior members of the J&K Freedom Fighters Association.
In a joint statement, the Chairman J&K Freedom Fighters Association, B.L Gupta, President Ved Gandotra, Vice-President Tej Ram Dogra, President Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan, President Karanti Dal Pritam Sharma, S. Jagjit Singh and S. Gajan Singh, have flayed the apprehensions of the Kashmir based leaders that the sky would fall if the section 35A would be touched.
What more these leaders expect, asked the members adding that these leaders have already converted a "Heaven" into a "living hell" with their deeds and by their expletory speeches and tried hard to provoke the Kashmiri folk on communal lines and took every initiative to break the brotherhood between Kashmiri Hindus and Muslims. The members further said that finally they succeeded in 1989 and threw Kashmiri Pandits community out of the Kashmir Province with their nefarious designs.
They provoked the Muslim community on religious lines and never got conducted free and fair elections for the legislature, the members said adding that they used every unfair means to come to power and suppress the common man, since 2002, when Bhajpai Government conducted free and fair elections and Mufti Mohd. Sayeed became the Chief Minister of the State.”
The members further said that these leaders asked the Kashmiri youth to cross the border and come with guns and the separatists invited the Pakistani terrorists and paid the local terrorists with Hawala Money got from different agencies of the world, only to crush the common Kashmiri, who wanted to live a happy prosperous and peaceful life.
