Ex-MLA inaugurates Day Night Cricket Tournament

JAMMU, Oct 13: Former Member Legislative Assembly, Th. Shiv Dev Singh, on Friday inaugurated Day Night Cricket Tournament being organised by Baba Jamuna Dass Committee Paloura, Jammu in collaboration with Equinox Enterprises, Paloura, Jammu, at Manhas Biradari Ground, Paloura, Jammu.
A total of 64 teams from various parts of the s State are participatingin the tournament.
Speaking on the occasion, Th. Shiv Dev Singhappreciated the role ofCommittee and organizing staff for this step to make the youth aware about the value of sports.
He also urged upon the participants and other youth to remain away from the evils of drugs and devote their lives for the welfare of the society in every possible way.
He also applauded the participants for showing interest in the tournament and encouraged them to organise such more tournaments in future too.
The Members of the Organising Committee are Ashish Kotwal, Narinder Singh Manhas, Harish Singh, Kapil Rakwal, Rahul Manhas, Stdjeet Singh and Harjeet Singh Manhas.
