JAMMU, Oct 13: In an order issued by Registrar General of J&K High Court Sanjay Dhar that Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora and Sarfraz Hussain Shah, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kargil shall swap their respective places of posting with immediate effect. -JNF
