Pathseekers International School celebrates Diwali

JAMMU, Oct 16: Diwali is a festival of lights and not crackers. That is what management, staff and volunteers of The Pathseekers International School, Ramgarhhave been attempting to convince students to celebrate Green Diwali. They are spreading the message among the students and their parents to shun crackers and take the festival as an opportunity to reconnect with family.
The Pathseekers International School, Ramgarh motivated students to Say No To Crackers and also organised English Rhyme Competition for Pre-primary toddlers. The students participated with great zeal.
All students participated with full enthusiasm. The prizes were bagged by Aryan choudhary, Aravchoudhary and Sargun from pre-nursery. Gagandeep Singh, Gursirat and Simarpreet from nursery. Angel, Mehpreet kour and Samriti from L.kg class. Dakshdeep Singh, Navdeep Kour and Shagun Sharma from U.Kg.
The prizes were given by S.S.P Bhupinder Singh (Chairman), Mr. R.S. Panwar (Principal) of the school and Mrs. Manpreet Kaur (Incharge of pre-wing). During interaction with students, S. Bhupindersingh said Diwali was never about polluting the eco-system. It is more than bursting firecrackers, It definitely much more than that. It marks the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, purity over pollution. Vote of thanks was given by the Principal of the school Mr. R.S. Panwar.
