Court rejects bail of three in murder case

JAMMU, Dec 11: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Vinod Chatterji Koul rejected the bail applications of Rattan Singh, Charanjeet Singh and Ram Singh who are facing in case FIR No. 70/2009 of P/S Vijaypur, Samba, for offences under sections 302/34 RPC & 4/25 Arms Act.
Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Vinod Chatterji Koul after hearing both the sides observed that As per the prosecution case, the accused with criminal common intention, entered the residential room of Sat Pal Singh deceased at about 10.30 p.m. and started beating him with fist and blows and accused Ram Singh inflicted blows of Kirch (sharp edged weapon) in his stomach and chest, as a result of which, deceased succumbed to the injuries. At this stage, in case applicants admitted to bail in the case of such heinous crime of murder, the people shall loose faith in judicial system also. With these observations Court rejected the bail application. JNF
