Lal Singh pays tributes to martyr at Bakral, Kathua

KATHUA, Feb 12: Minister for Forests, Environment & Ecology, Ch. Lal Singh today paid tributes to martyr Lieutenant Madan Lal Choudhary who was killed during an encounter with the terrorists in Sunjuwan Army Camp, Jammu on Saturday. Lal Singh accompanied by MLA Naushera Ravinder Raina and MLA Hiranagar Kuldeep Kumar laid wreath on the body of the martyr officer at Bakral in Kathua. The soldiers presented guard of honor to the martyr whose mortal remains were consigned to flames with full state honours.
