JKPS celebrates World Heritage Day

Jammu, Apr 18: JK Public School, Kunjwani today marked the World Herit age Day by organising a special assembly. The day was celebrated to make the JKIANS aware of their National heritage and conservation and preservation of it.
The students presented various talks covering the vast topic. They also presented a role play which motivated everyone to do their bit in preserving their legacy. They were told about just not to respect their own heritage but give equal recognition to the cultural heritage of other nations.
The teachers also highlighted the importance of the heritage cities and monuments. Principal, SK Singh addressed the students while saying that heritage is our own right and preservation of it is our duty. He added that cultural heritage is the only treasure which we will pass on to the coming generations.
