JU SC/ST Employees Association holds meet

JAMMU, Apr 19: The Jammu University SC/ST Employees Association held its meeting here, today which was chaired by the Association President Mr R.L.Kaith and attended by a large number of SC/ST employees working in various departments of the University.
While speaking in the meeting, the Association General Secretary S. Surjeet Singh Heer stated that ever since the inception of University, no demand of theirs has been considered by the University administration. The meeting strongly urged upon the University authorities to pay attention towards all issues of SC/STs raised through various memorandums by the Association from time to time, and initiate an early action to resolve them sympathetically for the sake of justice.
During the meeting, the executive body of the Association was expanded by adding into it three SC/ST employees namely- Manzoor Mohd, Bikram Magotra and Sukhdev Raj Lakhnotra.
Among others who attended the included Messrs Kewal Krishan Sagotra, Bodh Ran Angural, Kunj Lal Bhagat, Suman Kumar Bassan, Sukhdev Bhagat, Ashok Kumar Suntal, Thoru Ram Mangloo, Vijay Kumar Bhagat, Puran Chand Paba, Balbir Kumar Bhagat.
