Court rejects bail of two in unnatural offence

Jammu, Jul 14: Sub-Judge Jammu Kusum Pandita rejected the bail applications of Sunil Kumar and Gullu who were booked by the police in 377( unnatural offence)/342/34 RPC.
As per report that on June 23, 2018, accused allegedly caught hold of the son of the complainant forcibly and took him to the cattle room and forced him to take liquor and committed unnatural offence with him.
Sub-Judge Jammu Kusum Pandita after hearing Senior PO Puja Nijhon appearing for the state observed that accused have allegedly committed the offence which is very serious in nature and the victim of the offence is a boy of tender age who has suffered mental as well as physical pain at the hands of the accused. With these observations Court rejected the bail application. JNF
