Rassana Murder Case: 11th witness examined, cross by defence to begun today

Pathankot, Jul 18: Pr. Sessions Judge Pathankot Dr. Tejwinder Singh continued sitting upto 6. PM today to clear the dockets and passed appropriate orders in the much publicised Rassana case.
A Public Prosecutor had filed the objections to an application moved by Mr. A.K. Sawhney Advocate a defence lawyer alleging that suppressing the name of the witnesses from the defence and to play hide and seek is an unfair and prejudices the case of the defence. However public prosecutor has taken the plea that names can't be disclosed due to security reasons. Court has fixed the application for arguments on July 24th, 2018.
Meanwhile 11th witness was examined and cross examination will begin today. A writ petition is to be filed by Mr. A.K. Sawhney Advocate to challenge the dismissal order service from service pertaining to Mr. Tilak Raj one of the accused. Head Constable Mr. Tilak Raj was dismissed from service without notice, without enquiry thus even violated principle of natural Justice on the allegation of destruction of evidence in this case.
Mr. A.K. Sawhney Advocate with Mr. Anil Sharma Advocate appeared for Tilak Raj accused.
