Sat felicitates Junior Ace Indian Fencer Shreya

Jammu, Aug 14: Keeping in view the stupendous performance in National and International events, Shreya Gupta, a class 9th student of Presentation Convent School and resident of Jammu West was felicitated today for her excellent performance by Former Minister and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) at her residence. A large number of people were present on the occasion including parents and coach of Shreya, local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the young girl for her performance at National and International level and stated that she has made Jammu proud.
He also congratulated the parents and coach of Shreya and appreciated their efforts of training her under great supervision which not only improved her game but also brought laurels to our country and State as well.
Sharma stated that youth of Jammu has a great potential and it can be very well seen by the performance of Shreya in various tournaments who brought numerous medals and glorified the image of our State across the world.
The BJP leader also advised youth to focus on their careers including both studies and sports and appealed them to stay away from ills of society including Drug Menace . He said a healthy mind will lead to healthy and glorifying prosperity of a nation and involving in ills will lead to destruction of not only individual but of society as a whole.
Ayodhya Gupta, Puneet Gupta, Deepak Kumar, Sahil Sharma and several others were also present.
