RCJ celebrates 'Annpurna Day'

JAMMU, Aug 14:Rotary Club Jammu under the President ship of Rtn Dr Navneet Gupta celebrated rotary signatory project i.e. Annpurna Day with the inhabitants of Ved Mandhir Bal Niketan Amphalla Jammu today
Total 106 inhabitants are there in the Bal Niketan. lunch was provided to all of them by the members of Rotary Club Jammu under the President ship of Rtn. Navneet Gupta who has taken over as President of the Rotary Club of Jammu on Ist July 2018 on the start of new Rotary year
Besides the President Rtn. Dr Navneet Gupta, Rtn Deepak Chander Baboo (Secretary of the Club) ,Rtn. Sunil Kumar Sawhney , Rtn Aman Sharma , Rtn Gaurav Vaid , Rtn Harbans singh , Rtn Prem Shanker Singh, Rtn Dr Sanjay Sachdeva and Rtn Ajay Sabherwal, were prominent among other Rotarians present on the occasion.Under The flagship project of Rotary club of Jammu the "Gift of Sight", with the dedicated service of the Project Director Rtn Sunil Kumar Sawhney has pledged to eradicate cornea blindness in J&K and under this project cornea replacement of near about 15 patients have been successfully done free of cost during the last year and the project is going on further also. The operation of one patient of Varanasi UP has been successfully done at Delhi today .
