Wafa pays glowing tributes to Vajpayee

Jammu, Aug 17: Se-nior PDP Youth leader and Chairman Wafa Foundation Parvez Wafa Khan today paid a glowing tribute to Former Prime Minister and vetran national leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Terming his demise a great loss to nation Wafa said that nation had lost a great poet, legendry and visionary leader whose period country has witnessed a rapid strides in economic growth.Wafa while paying tributes to Vajpayee ji said
"The nation has lost a statesman of independent India. An iconic leader on the world stage, Vajpayee led India with great wisdom, foresight and love for the country,", he added that Late Vajpayee ji, not only inrest of the country but among people of Jammu & Kashmir in particular earned the affection of people through his humanity and humility.
He said that Vajpayee's towering personality, vision for nation building and deep respect for democratic institutions would remain an inspiration for the present and coming generations.
Wafa also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile in a spate function Wafa foundation felicitated Anwar Ali , Post warden of civil defense Jammu, for receiving an honourary Bravery Award for his courage and saving more than 300 lives.
He was awarded with card reward of Rs-5000/- and a momentoo.
Speaking on this occasion Parvez Wafa said that Anwar Ali is an inspiration for young generation to do good and be part of humble services for noble cause.
