NMC organises condolence meet

JAMMU, Aug 17: Nati-onal Mazdoor Conferen ce (NMC) held a condolence meeting under the chairmanship of its president Subash Shastri here where in a resolution was passed condoling the death of Bharat Ratan Atal Behari Vajpayee,the former prime minister of India. The meeting felt that the demise of Vajpayee ji has marked end of an era in Indian politics.
While paying rich tributes to Vajpayee ji, speakers said that that in passing away of Vajpayee ji India has lost a true nationalist, great visionary who served the motherland with great patriotic zeal dedication.
"Describing former prime minister Vajpayee ji his an institution, man of principles, Nation miss him, may almighty God give peace to A.B.Vajpayee ji," NMC said this in a condolence meeting. Ex. D.C. B.S. Jamwal recalled Vajpayee ji sincere efforts as prime minister when he unilaterally extended hand of friendship to neighbouring countries to bring peace and tranquility in the sub continent adding that it was a big loss for the whole nation and world.
Among others who were also present in the condolence meeting included Rajan Babu Khajuria, Jaipal Sharma, Harbans Lal, Surinder Kumar, Bhupinder Singh, Ramesh Sharma, Swarn Bhagat, Pardeep Kumar, Barkat Ram, Subash Sharma, Suraj Parkash, Sukhdev Singh, Tarseem Sharma, Tilak Raj, Girdhari Lal and others.
