JKHCBA accordes farewell to Justice Kotwal

JAMMU, Aug 20: Jammu High Court Bar Association accorded farewell to Justice Janak Raj Kotwal who will retire on Superannuation on 28th August. Former Bar Presidents, Senior Advocates and young lawyers attended the function. Mr. Justice Kotwal while addressing the lawyers shared his forty years' experience. Mr. Kotwal said hardwork, dedication and honest efforts help rising top in the noble profession. He also said Judges are possessed with divine duty and not power to dispense Justice.
