Here’s why Swara Bhaskar has quit Twitter

Actress Swara Bhaskar who has time and again been bashed on several occasions for giving strong opinions, has temporarily quit Twitter.
When searched for the actor’s verified account with the handle @ReallySwara, there are no tweets or followers. In fact such an account doesn't exist anymore.
Yes, that is right! But for all those who think that she has diappeared from the micro blogging site after being trolled for the Una Flogging remark, you are wrong!
The Tanu Weds Manu actress is on a “digital detox” and told PTI that she is currently holidaying in Europe and will be back on Twitter when she returns home.
“I deactivated it. Digital detox. (I) will be back when I return to India next week,” Swara told the agency over a series of text messages.
“I wasn’t being able to enjoy my holiday and was all the time tracking what’s happening in India. I just felt I’m getting addicted to Twitter,” she added.
When asked if the 30-year-old actress, who is a vocal critic of the central government, had went off the micro-blogging site due to constant trolling on her posts, she refuted the claims, saying “All other reasons being ascribed are mere speculation and gossip!”
Swara, however, is still active on other social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Recently, one of Swara Bhasker’s outfits was compared to the famous Nirma girl, the popular icon of a washing powder brand. No sooner a meme surfaced on the internet and spread like wildfire.
However, Swara Bhaskar took the joke sportingly and even shared the meme on her social media page.
Swara was last seen in Veere Di Wedding which also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor and Shikha Talsania. It was a story of four girls and the individual issues they deal with, together.
