Biswas to hold charge of Transport Commissioner

SRINAGAR, Sep 25: As per the order issued by the GAD, Saugat Biswas, Special Secretary, Information Technology (IT) Depart-ment, holding additional charge of the post of Secretary, Information Technology, shall also hold the charge of the post of Transport Commissioner in addition to his own duties, during the period Dr. S.P. Vaid, remains on leave.
