NCC Cadets of Gujarat Reach Jammu

JAMMU, OCT 20: Ek Bharat Shrethta Bharat (EBSB) Camp commenced at NCC Camping Ground Nagrota which is being organised by NCC Group HQ Jammu under the aegis of NCC Dte J&K, Jammu.
The aim of the camp is to foster the spirit of National Integration and solidarity among participating cadets and to provide an opportunity to work together with cadets of Gujarat State in harmony. A Total of 500 cadets are participating in the said camp along with Associate NCC Offrs (ANOs) and Permanent Instructor Staff (PI Staff). 100 cadets both boys and girls of Gujarat State reached Jammu and were received at Jammu Railway Station with great passion and enthusiasm. There was an interactive session between cadets of Jammu and Gujarat at camping ground Nagrota.
On 20 Oct 2018, the cadets were taken for an excursion tour to various places to showcase the culture and heritage of J&K State. The places included Amar Mahal Museum where they met Dr Karan Singh, son of Maharaja Hari Singh. Later they visited Bahu for, Bagh-e-Bahu and Aquarium.
