CRPF remembered its martyrs

JAMMU, OCT 20: As is known to all of us that Police Forces celebrate "Police Commemoration Day" on 21 October every year. It is celebrated in the memory of those CFPF personnel who laid down their lives on 21 Oct 1959 in Hot Spring area Ladakh region when Chinese army attacked CRPF troops. On this day, Police Forces of all states, Paramilitary Forces and other security agencies remember their martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the year. In this context, 166 Bn. A programme was organized by unit in individuals school Deewan Badrinath Vidya Mandir, Mubarak Mandi, Jammu in which students were appealed to serve the nation and performed their duties with honesty and integrity. Children of the school participated in the program enthusiastically. CRPF appreciated the cooperation provided by the principal of the school Smt. Sonika Mahajan for organizing the function.
