Army organises carpenter Trg for Youth of Doda

JAMMU, OCT 22: As a part of empowering youth of the region for self-employment and financial independence, Indian Army has been constantly undertaking a variety of projects and skill development programmes. In pursuance of this aim, Indian Army is organising a Carpenter training and workshop for youth from 22 Oct to 20 Nov 18 in order to generate employment opportunities for the local youth. The youth will be imparted training on all aspect of Carpenter training by means of practical and theoretical classes by experienced and qualified instructors. Such type of programmes are conducted for providing necessary training to youth so that they can have better employment opportunities or can become self employed by starting their own work to support their families.
