Pathankot, Nov 20: Dr. Tejinder Singh Pr. Sessions Judge Pathankot today after affording an opportunity to Deepika Thusoo Advocate relieved her from the case. Mr. Mohd. Yousf the so called father of the victim moved an application making allegations against Deepika Thusoo that she did not appeared at Pathankot Court to conduct his case and therefore he requested the court to withdraw her from the case.
Sessions Judge Pathankot today passed the appropriate direction to withdraw her from Rassana Murder Case. It is a million dollar question what for media hype and conferring the awards if client himself is not satisfied and withdraws her from the case. It is much ado about nothing.
Mr. A.K. Sawhney Advocate continued the cross examination to member SIT Dr. Shwetambri Sharma DySP. However the details can't be published due to Camera proceedings but one thing is sure that the general public is deeply involved in the Rassana Murder case. People have right to know what is happening in the case daily. SIT Challan does not disclose that no money is recovered from Tilak Raj which was paid by Mr. Sanji Ram.
People have right to know whether any money was received by Tilak Raj to do a favour to Sanji Ram. How much money was paid to Tilak Raj?
Where the money was kept by Tilak Raj and why the money not recovered? Did SIT made any efforts to recover, if so, what efforts were made? What was bank balance of Tilak Raj before and after the occurrence i.e. w.e.f
10-01-2018 to 17-01-2018? Where the money has gone and if money not recovered and despite presenting two challans i.e. one regular challan and one supplementary challan which contains 355 total witnesses but still there is no recovery of gratification amount? Many eye brows hunting answers?
SIT members could not recover the gratification amount and also could not trace the details of the currency as per the challan produced or its witnesses. Legal experts feel that such things if not proved are fatal to the case.
