Traders to organise rally Dec 17 against construction of Ring Road

JAMMU, DEC 12: Sunil Dimple President, 'Road Action Committee' and the Jammu West Assembly Movement while addressing a press conference strongly criticized the news item appearing in media that the PWD R& B has submitted the plan for financial approval for the widening 20 ft of the Amphalla Jaipur, Roop Nagar Bantalab Road from both sides to the Financial Com/Secy.
He said that no body in govt is hearing the traders plight and the Govt is not taking the traders residents in confidence and wants to bulldoze the people and wants to turn the Jammu city in the cremation ground, he alleged this purposeful was passed by the BJP during its four years governance in the state.
Sunil Dimple alleged that the J&K Govt wants to destroy the Crores birth business, residential properties, lively hood of the 50 years old the residents on these roads.
He warned the govt will have to cross the dead bodies of the traders before approval of this plan. Sunil Dimple announced that a vishal rally on 17th December at 11.00 AM which will start from Amphalla, New Plot Tali Morh to Janipur High court road Chowk. He appealed the Governor Satyapal Malik to "immediately intervene" in the matter as the govt has totally failed, due to no traffic mobile plan for the Jammu city.
He alleged the traders are great anger and are ready for the do and die agitation.He alleged that the Govt PWD R&B and the financial Commissioner /Secy have approved a plan to widen the Amphalla Janipur road to Roppnagar Bantalab, 20 twenty feet from both sides of the road which effect the livelihood of the 5 five lakh people running business and living on both sides of this road.
