Samba Rape Case: Sessions Court Samba lists Talib’s Bail application on Feb 2

Samba, Jan 19: Sessions Judge Samba, Mr. M.K Sharma has fixed the hearing of Bail application of Talib Hussain in a rape case for Feb 2.
Application for bail of Talib Hussain was listed for today on 19th Jan 2019 but neither Mr. Talib Hussain nor his counsel appeared.
Mr. A.K. Sawhney Advocate counsel for Prosecutrix (name withheld) appeared and brought into the notice of the Court, that this court has passed the order of interim bail on October 12, 2018 and the same was
challenged in High Court and by the
subsequent developments the Presiding Judge was transferred and the bail application is to be heard afresh therefore, the motion moved before the High Court was withdrawn. Public Prosecutor Mr. Charak was also present today.
The bail application will be heard and decided by the Trial Court Samba.
