Accused send to observation home for three days

JAMMU, Mar 11: In a much publicized Bus-Stand Grenade Attack in which 2 persons died and 30 injured today accused Yasir Javed Butt @ Chotu code Arhan s/o Javeed Ahmed Butt produced before Juvenile Justice Board.
Juvenile Justice Board observed that the juvenile was produced by DYSP Jaswant Singh SDPO has moved an application, for further remanding the juvenile in Observation Home R.S Pura Jammu for a period of 10 days.
Juvenile Justice Board after gone through the application and perusal of the CD file reveals that juvenile present in the Board has been apprehended by the police station of P/S Bus Stand in case FIR No. 12/2019 offences U/S 302/307/ 325/ 323/427/ RPC 3PSSA and 16/18 ULA.
Juvenile Justice Board observed that keeping in view of the nature of the allegations and the stage of investigation, Juvenile present in the board is sent to observations Home RS Pura for a period of 3 days and also directed IO to expedite the investigation. JNF
