BJP wave sweeps Udhampur-Kathua Constituency: Chrungoo

JAMMU, APRIL 15: The teams of BJP organised hectic tours of Udhampur constituency today. Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, BJP State Spokesperson on Kashmir Affairs along with his team toured Mansar, Ramkot, Mandli, Phinter, Mahanpur, Billawar and Balpur in the biggest constituency of the region. The team held a number of meetings at various places, met activists and important people thereat. The team comprised Bharat Bhushan Mahotra, BJP State Incharge-Library & Documentarian, S. P. Sharma, Vijay Gupta and Vikram Singh Langeh.
Ashok Kaul, General Secretary (Org) presided over the meetings of activists at Phinter and Mahanpur. He told the activists that there is a great support for the BJP candidate, Dr. Jitendra Singh and he has brought sea change in the constituency over the last five years. The beautiful roads, electrification, widening of the highways, institution of various development projects in the area, establishment of Seva Kendras of central schemes, construction of bridges and tunnels, implementation of scholarship schemes for the needy students have benefitted the people which is a great strength of the party.
On the last but one day of campaigning for the Parliamentary elections to the Udhampur constituency today, the BJP leader while addressing big public gatherings gave a full presentation of the priorities for the constituency. He said that the Sankalp-Patra issued by the Party has opened new gates of hope for the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have already been benefitted by the Central government's huge project investments in the state. The activists also raised the slogans like "Bharat Mata ki Jai" "Vande-Mataram" "Modi Phir Sey" and "JaiHind-JaiHind".
