Tara Chand lashes out at BJP for its total failure to fulfill commitments

REASI, APRIL 16:An impressive election rally was held at Reasi, organized jointly by Congress and National Conference in favour of Congress candidate from Doda-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency Vikrama ditya Singh. The rally was addressed by former Deputy Chief Minister & Senior Congress leader Tara Chand; Jugal Kishore Sharma-Ex Minister Senior Congress leader; Ex MLA PCC General Secretary Th. Balwan Singh and Jagjeevan Lal-Ex Minister Senior NC leader besides other senior leaders of Congress and National Conference.
Speaking on the occasion Tara Chand Lashed out at BJP for its total failure to fulfill its commitments made during last elections and its surrender for the sake of sharing power. He blamed BJP for marring the interests of Jammu youth and compromising on its commitments to remain in power. He came down heavily on BJP for exploiting the sentiments of Jammu people for vote bank politics and blamed it for seeking votes on false commitments with people of Jammu region but it totally exposed after sharing power in the state and ruling Centre for 5 years. He said that not a single commitment was fulfilled by the BJP at the Centre and State. He appealed people to vote in favour of Congress to ensure thumping win of Shri Vikramaditya Singh.
Shri Jugal Kishore Sharma in his address said that BJP is responsible for creating social and political uncertainty and it can go to any extent to remain in power.
He said that BJP government in the state as well at the center failed to come up to the expectation of people. They ignored the issues of development, especially Jammu region, besides failed to get equitable share for Jammu people, especially for the unemployed youth. He urged the people to caste their valuable vote in favour of Congress candidate Shri Vikramaditya Singh for the betterment of people of the area.
