Bovine smuggler detained under PSA

JAMMU, APRIL 16: Police has booked and detained a bovine smuggler under the J&K Public Safety Act (PSA) for his notorious activities in bovine smuggling on the detention orders issued by the District Magistrate Samba.
The accused namely Mohd. Hussain S/o Lal Hussain is a resident of Manohar Gopala, Samba and stands booked in a number of bovine cases registered in the District. He has become a threat to the peaceful atmosphere forcing authorities to detain him under Public Safety Act. Keeping in view of his repeated involvement in bovine smuggling, a dossier was prepared by SSP Samba and forwarded to District Magistrate Samba who formally issued the order of his detention under the PSA. The detention warrant was executed by a Police team headed by SHO P/S Samba and the accused has been lodged in Sub Jail Hiranagar.
