BJP thanks masses for bumper voting, appeals for same in other phases

JAMMU, Apr 19: MP Candidate from Jammu-Poonch Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma, who is also presently representing the constituency as sitting MP along with former Dy. Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, thanked the public of Jammu and Kashmir for their massive turnout in the 1st and 2nd phases of general elections 2019, while they addressed media persons at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
BJP leaders thanked the voters for bumper voting as they have given very good response by polling more than 70% of votes in both the Parliament Constituencies of Jammu. This is a healthy percentage, indicating the success of democratic process at grass root level and we express our gratitude for the pubic of Jammu for their heavy participation, BJP leaders said on the behalf of party.
BJP leaders said that the bumper voting in all the areas testify the faith of people on democracy and that has been achieved by the fair image developed by BJP under the dedicated leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This bumper voting also symbolizes the enthusiasm of public to exercise their right to vote for the development of the Nation. They credited all the people and particularly youth including those millennium voters who have exercised their right to vote for the very first time and congratulated them for their participation in the fair of democracy.
Youth have voted in the favour of the Nation. Election Commission has also played its part wonderfully with great dedication from the staff on election duty which cooperated with the voters very well. We express our heartily gratitude to the Election staff, security agencies and all others who have contributed in the success of polling process in these phases, BJP leaders said also appealed the public to vote heavily in all other phases on the similar lines in the favour of BJP for encouraging peace and progress in J&K state.
