One day awareness programme on ‘Financial Education and Mass Bank Account Opening’ held

Jammu, Jun 20: One day awareness programme on 'Financial Education and Mass Bank Account Opening' was held at BSSK High School Kalu Chak, Jammu district today. The programme was organised by Shree Vaishno Institute SVI.
The programme was participated by more than 45 Students and opened bank account at Central Bank of India (CBI).
Ashok Kumar Chife Manager of CBI, Shal-amar Jammu branch, and Manager, Janak Kumar spoke as resource persons in the programme. In his welcome speech, Managing Dire-ctor of Shree Vaishno Institute SVI, Sushil Singh Charak said that despite of heavy daily schedule, the bank officials are willing to spend time together with BSSK High School Kalu Chak Students.
The programme is organised to make the Students aware on how to open bank account and know about its benefits, he added.
