Does PM know that there are two constitutions and two flags in one Nation: Bhim

JAMMU, Jun 20: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party wondered on the silence of 542 Lok Sabha MPs over chairing the Prime Minister when he said that One Nation and one elections are the solution to hold democracy in India.
Prof. Bhim Singh asked the Prime Minister if he knows that there are two Constitutions and two separate flags and separate laws within the Nation. Jammu & Kashmir is integral part of India as described by the Indian Constitution but J&K has a separate/different constitution of J&K whereas J&K has a separate flag also. The election rules in J&K are different than the election laws in the rest of the country. He asked Prime Minister on answer the Nation first how there can be one Constitution and one elections in the whole country. Besides J&K has six years life of the Assembly whereas in the rest of the country State Assemblies have universal laws, rules and the life of Assembly is five years only.
Shall the Prime Minister explain to the Nation how can One Nation (India) can have same period of the Assembly and how can one time elections could be held in the country?
Prof. Bhim Singh presented Political Resol-utions passed in the National Integration meeting at Sudhmahadev National Integration Camp last week.
He presented the resolutions and said that implementation of these resolutions is the only way to strengthen Nati-onal Integration before Modi's slogan One Nation, One Election could be given a thought.
