The one thing I learnt from him, is to appreciate one’s work. It is important to self-appreciate at times in this competitive world. In another film, I play a visually challenged lady who is a sex worker. It has a greater message for the audience.
At present, a lot is being discussed about women in society, and also on why a section of women end up on the wrong side of the system. The film deals with it very effectively,” shares Mayuri.
