It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature. Raj Yoga session was taken by B.K. Kusam Lata where she pointed out that "Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique- such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity-to train attention & awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state, followed by Omkar chanting. Today's Life style has changed drastically over decades which was well explained with lively and joyous examples quoted by B.K. Ravinder Bali.
