Government Polytechnic Jammu celebrates International Yoga Day

JAMMU, june 21: The NSS Unit of Government Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk, Jammu celebrated International Yoga day in the institute. Divya Jamwal, Yoga Instructor and her team were the resource person on the occasion. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal Government Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk, Jammu welcomed Divya Jamwal, Yoga Instructor. She briefed the assembled faculty members and student on the importance of yoga and related practices. The morning session started with some light warm up session followed by a few asana and ended with mind relaxation mediation session. The event was organized by Er. Rajesh Gupta, H.O.D. Automobile Engg., Er. Ajay Thapa, Lectuer-1, Mechanical Engg. , Er. Jasdeep Kour, Lecturer-1, I&C Engg Department and Er. Akash Dusgotra, Workshop Instructor. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu presented a memento to Divya Jamwal and thanked her for sharing her time and skills with the institute.
