Court restrains Mahajan Sabha to organize meeting on July 28

JAMMU, JULY 27: In a suit filed by Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha Through its President Sham Langer seeking direction to respondents to restrain from conducting illegal Meeting on 28.07.2019 at Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha, Mahajan Hall, Shalamar Road, Jammu or at any other place within the jurisdiction of this Court.
Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu OP Bhagat today after hearing Adv Aditya Gupta for the applicant, temporially restrained Om parkash Gupta, General Secretary, Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha, Mahajan Hall, Romesh Gupta, President Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha Mahajan Hall, Jangi Lal Mahajan, Rajinder Gupta and Romesh Gupta from organizing any meeting on July 28, 2019 or further meeting in the name of Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha till disposal of the suit.
In the suit it has been avvered that that Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha (herein after called as " ABMSS") is a Philanthropic organization with welfare activities for upgradation, upliftment support of community by voluntary, social and philanthropic activities.
That the ABMSS has it own constitution to take care of all the decisions to sanction expenditure as well as to approve new projects and policies for the benefits of Mahajan new Biradri. JNF
