Army conducts computer classes

Jammu, Aug 16: Indian Army has been constantly undertaking a variety of programmes for welfare of AWAM and computer education among youth. In continuing with the same spirit, Indian Army organised computer classes for women / girls of Kishtwar region at Youth Employment Guidance Node, Kishtwar.
This training was conducted from 06 Jul to 16 Aug 19 wherein 30 women / girls hailing from far flung areas of Kishtwar region attended. The classes were conducted with an aim of providing computer education and to supplement the education system by creating a knowledge grid across the Kishtwar District. The women / girls attended the classes with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Post culmination of the event, the participants expressed their gratitude towards the Army for the noble initiative and provided an opportunity to them to acquire skills for employment which can further enhance their professional acumen.
