Kathua DM imposes ban on bovine transportation

KATHUA, OCT 18:District Magistrate, O P Bhagat, today imposed ban on transportation of bovine from the district. The order issued in this regard by DM reads that, "No bovine animal such as Cow, Oxen, Calves, Bulls etc. be transported from Kathua to other district, except with the written permission of District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate, Kathua subject to certain conditions/restrictions imposed by the DM from time to time".
The order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issuance or till the same is rescinded, whichever is earlier.
