Govt orders transfers and postings in civil administration

JAMMU, Nov 18: Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered the transfers and new postings of several officers in the civil administration.
“In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect,” read a order.
As per order Mr. Owais Ahmad, IAS(JK:2014), Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA, holding additional charge of Managing Director, J&K SRTC, shall also hold the charge of Transport Commissioner, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Abdul Rashid War, KAS, Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K, is transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner, J&K.
Ms. Babila Rakwal, KAS, Director, Floriculture, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Handlooms, J&K.
Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan, KAS, Labour Commissioner, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir.
Mr. Ajay Kumar, KAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and posted as Director, Development Expenditure, Division-I, Finance Department, against an available vacancy.
Ms. Rubina Kounser, KAS, Director, Handlooms, J&K, is transferred and posted as Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K.
Mr. Mohammad Qasim Wani, KAS, Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (Ex-officio Settlement Officer), Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Mr. Kishore Singh Chib, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Director, Floriculture, Jammu.
Mr. Haris Ahmad Handoo, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, in terms of Government Order No. 1031-GAD of 2019 dated 18.9.2019, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir.
Mr. Parveez Ahmad Raina, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, under orders of transfer as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, in terms of Government Order No. 1031-GAD of 2019 dated 18.9.2019, shall continue as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
Mr. Anil Sharma, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
Ms. Mridhu Salathia, KAS, Deputy Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Information (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K.
