OBCs granted due recognition, rights by Modi Govt: Arya

JAMMU, Dec 4: Other Backward Classes (OBCs) are being given due recognition and rights only by Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP government at the Centre. This was stressed by National OBCs leaders led by National Vice-President BJP OBCs Morcha & Prabhari J&K Prem Krishan Arya, National Office Secretary BJP OBC Morcha Sanjay Chouhan, National Incharge and National IT & Social Media Incharge BJP OBC Morcha Veera Madhviraj Achari Ceepelli addressed meeting of Jammu & Kashmir BJP OBCs Morcha and addressed media persons at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
BJP's J&K OBCs Morcha President Rashpaul Verma, Morcha State General Secretaries Kewal Krishan Fottra, Brahm Jyot Satti, Capt. Ramesh Chander & S. Sukhjit Singh and other senior Morcha leaders also accompanied the National leaders during the meeting.
Prem Krishan Arya, stressed that the OBC community was denied due justice for last many decades and it is only due to sincere efforts of PM Modi led government that the community is given due benefits. He said that on the under the Justice G. Rohini a commission was formed to ensure the development of the community on the lines of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas". Decision to conduct the caste based census in 2021. Decision to increase the limit of Creamy layer from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs. Benefit of reservation extended to PSU, Banks, Insurance etc. interview remittance in case of 4th class employee. Extension of benefit to OBCs in cut off for jobs. Initiated "Venture Capital Scheme" giving benefits to the tunes of Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 1.5 Crores loans. Vacant posts under CD in Central and State government to be filled up to 13-09-2019. 10% reservation for economically weaker sections to be provided in addition to 27% reservation already being given to OBCs, hence halting the wrong practice of decreasing the quota on every event. Directions to initiate the reservation benefits for OBCs in Sainik, Navodya and Central Schools.
Faqir Chand Sattia, Ajay Tripathi, Bodh Raj, Dr. Abdul Rashid, Jagdish Pandey, Santosh Dadia, Neelam Virdi, Jyoti Verma, Capt. Tara Chand Verma, Pichori Lal, Ramesh Mehra, Ravi Dogra, Rajesh Dogra, Vishesh Kumar, Gopal Krishan, Madan Lal Verma, Dwarka Nath, Neetu Verma, Manohar Lal, Shoukat Ali, Naveen Dogra, Jagdish Raj, Des Raj, Shamsher Singh, Rajinder Pal, Suresh Salgotra, Basharat Hussain Nazir, Sajjad Hussain and others were amongst the prominent Morcha leaders present in the meeting.
