Rubiay Syed Kidnapping, Airforce Killing case again adjourned for non-production of Showkat Bakshi

JAMMU, JAN 11:In a much publicized kidnapping case of Dr. Rubiya Syed daughter of Ex-CM and killing of Air Force personals, Presiding Officer Subash C Gupta TADA Court today again adjourn the case as Showkat Baskhi was not produced by the authorties.
It is worthwhile to mention here that both the cases are on the stage of charge/discharge for for the last 30 years on one pretext or other pretext.
While adjourn the case, Court observed that respective jails authorities are directed to produce the accused -Yasin Malik and Shoukat Ahmed Bakshi, preferably personally if not possible for security or other reason through video conferencing on next date of hearing, positivity, failing which, they have to explain, in this regard. \
Be it noted that jail authorities have been informed about the next date of hearing, at the end of proceedings held today through video conference and fixed February 3, 2020 for hearing.
