JAMMU, JAN 21: M.Y. Kichloo, SSP, Commandant JKAP 4th Security Bn. ordered insitu-promotion of officials of JKAP-4th Sec Bn. The promotees included {05} constables and (03} follower. He exhorted upon them to work with more zeal and zest, besides maintaining discipline. All the officials appreciated the work of the constituted departmental committee for timely issuance of orders for the same.
