PHDCCI,HRAK hail appointment of Chhibber as chairman J&K Bank

JAMMU, MAY 18: Chairman Jammu Region Chapter of PHD Chamber of Commerce (PHDCCI) & Industry Rakesh Wazir who is also President Hotel & Restaurant Assoc iation,Katra (HRAK) haile d the decision of the government for the appointment of R K Chhibber as permanent Chairman of J&K Bank for three years.
He said that PHDCCI & HRAK feels that his appointment will prove to be beneficial for the Industrial sector of J&K and people related to Tourism Industry in particular because he has got vast experience of banking sector and has got good liason with people and this type of combination will prove to be fruitful for all.
Shyam Lal Kesar Chairman HRAK said that Mr.Chibber has got vast experience of the banking sector and during his long tenure he served in not only in J&K Bank but in other banks as well in different capacities and said that since he know the pulse of the business community vis-à-vis conditions of the Union territory of J&K in totality thus his experience would give an added advantage to the Industry and hoped that he too will try his level best to give a healing touch to the business community which is in deep stress due to this Covid-19.
