Priority of BJP is to deliver good governance at door steps: Kavinder

JAMMU, Jul 11: On the request of the inhabitants Former Deputy Chief Minister & senior BP leader, Kavinder Gupta along with Vinay Kumar Gupta- BJP District President Jammu conducted extensive tour of ward no.57 and other areas of Gandhi Nagar constituency, during which he met several people took stock of the problems being faced by the inhabitants.Gupta wasrequested toget the damaged road of the locality near Satyam Resort repaired and took the matter of need to construct Pulley on Nallah at lane no.4 of Green Avenue.The local residents requested Former Dy. CM to get the matter resolved as the road is prone to accidents particularly during rainy days. Gupta patiently listened to the problems being faced by the residents and assured to solve the problem at an earliest.
Kavinder Gupta while addressing the gathering said that BJP Government at Centre is committed to provide all the basic facilities to people at their doorstep in shortest period of time.He said BJP is committed for equal development of all sections of society. Gupta said on the direction of Union Government through Lt. Governor administration, the concerned officials are duty bound for proper utilization of resources in a time-bound manner to ensure holistic and sustainable development of the area so that people are the ultimate beneficiaries of the development works. Highlighting the development initiatives taken by him, Gupta said several upgradation and renovation projects have been started in the Gandhi Nagar constituency.He said many new projects are coming up in future as sufficient funds have been provided by the Prime Minister Modi with the assurance that 100 percent funds are utilized on grounds without compromising the quality of work during execution. He said "delivering good governance with pragmatic approach at the doorsteps of the people is the priority of BJP".
On being apprised of the problems pertaining to road connectivity, water supply, electricity and other basic amenities and developmental needs by locals of the area of Gandhi Nagar constituency, Gupta assured them that all their genuine concerns will be looked into on priority and the genuine demands shall be taken up with concerned officials to take adequate measures to mitigate the problems of the locals in a time bound manner. Reiterating his commitment, Gupta said he is making all out efforts to fulfil the demands of the people, with special focus on providing all basic amenities to the residents of his constituency with the agenda of equitable development.
