CAT Chairman to hear cases; Respite to Lawyers, litigants
SAWHNEY WELCOMES INITIATIVE OF MORE CAT BENCHES

JAMMU, Aug 10: Chairman Central Administrative Tribunal will start hearing cases of Jammu on virtual mode from 11th August 2020.
Justice L. Narasimha Reddy Chairman and Dr. Bhagwan Sahai member (A) will be heading the bench.
Single Bench of CAT Mr Rakesh Sagar Jain and separate Divison Bench to be presided by Rakesh Sagar Jain with Mr Pardeep Kumar are also constituted with cause list of 47 cases.
Mr AK Sawhney (Advocate), Former President JKHCBA Jammu welcomed the initiative of the Central Administrative Tribunal. He said, people of J&K and Ladakh UTs can now access Justice in service case easily and congratulated everyone.
