Purnima conducts inspection of ward no. 01, 03 and 25

Jammu, Apr 19: Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor JMC conducts inspection of wards no. 01, 03 and 25 including Panjtirthi, Peer Metha and Sarwal.
During the inspection of ward no. 1, Adv. Purnima Sharma along with Harvinder Singh CTO JMC conducted inspection of old stairs from zalfa temple till lower dhountly area. On spot directions were issued to the CTO JMC to get channel fencing installed on both sides of the path as there is danger of falling of malba/dirt from the sides which may cause blockage of path.
During the inspection of ward no. 3, Adv. Purnima Sharma visited the Darga at Peer Metha and took stock of the sanitation facilities there.
After inspection, Deputy Mayor directed the concerned health officials to make sure, proper hygienic conditions are maintained, so that the religious sentiments of the devotees as well as locals during the religious month of Navratra and Roze may not get hurt.
During the inspection of ward no. 25, Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor along with Harvinder Singh Executive Engineers Div - 05 and AEE Rajesh Sharma inspected sarwal area of ward 25.
Deputy Mayor also listened to the demand of the locals there and further directed the concerned officials in that regard so that the general public may not suffer.
She further gave directions to the concerned AEE and JE to get the estimates for the proposed community hall be prepared on priority.
Deputy Mayor ensured the public that she has noted all the issues and will make work against them, so that all the issues are solved as soon as possible.
At the end, Adv. Purnima Sharma appealed the locals no to wander outside needlessly and to wear masks and practice social distancing while in public places as COVID-19 cases are on the rise again.
