BJP practicing Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas on ground: Yudhvir

JAMMU, Sep 17: BJP has proven that it is a party of all segments of society and is practicing its slogan Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas on ground by crafting public welfare policies for all shades of people without any prejudice or partiality.
This was said by Yudhvir Sethi, Vice President J&K BJP during a function held here at Village Raafta in Mathwar. Rajinder Chib, President BJP Jammu Rural and DDC Member Nagrota, Joginder Singh (Kakku) also accompanied Sethi to attend the function in which NC leader Dil Mohammad along with hundreds of his supporters joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Welcoming the NC leader and scores of Gujjar community members into the party fold, Yudhvir said that BJP has become the force to reckon with as its evenhanded policies and programmes have started impressing people of all communities.
He asked the newly joined members to work for strengthening the party at grass roots level.
He said that becoming party member is quite easy but the path of BJP Karyakarta is full of responsibilities as it is not only a party but a movement which has to perform at ground level to uplift the crores of people of the country facing poverty and dearth of facilities due to phlegmatic attitude of successive governments in the country and especially in J&K.
Rajinder Singh Chib congratulated the newly joined members for opting to become part of the nationalist party. He anticipated that their entry will embolden the party at grass-root level.
Speaking on the occasion, Ali and his supporters who mainloy belonged to Gujjar and Bakarwal community said that they have been liberated from the clutches of slavery after decades of servitude.
They claimed that they have been liberated after 70 years as abrogation of Article 370 has made way for dozen of seats for them in the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly by way of new legislation giving them the voice in the Assembly.
