LFO-BH organises painting, drawing competition

JAMMU, Spet 19: In continuation to the programmes being held under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, Inter-School painting and drawing competition was organised by Live For Others-Being Helpful Organisation in Collabo-ration with office of the Sarpanch, Panchayat Ghar-nai in Panchayat Garnai at Govt. Middle School, Upper Garnai based on the themes "Swachh Bharat" & "Say No To Drugs".
More than 15 different schools participated in this competition. This competition was inaugrated by Mr. Jasvir Singh Rajput, DDC Panchari (Chief Guest) followed by Mr. Vikram Singh, Sarpanch of Garnai (Guest of Honour). Special guests of this programme were Ms. Medhavi Sharma, National Institute of Designing AIR 2nd and Mr. Abhinav. The competition was held in two categories i.e upto 5th class category and above 5th class category. Many students of various age groups with their ethusiasm, creativity & patriotism added the charm to the event. The judges of this competition were Ms. Medhavi Sharma & Mr. Abhinav.
Winners of upto 5th class category were - Stuti Bandral of A.O.C High School who stood first in the competition, 1st runner up was Radhika of K.V No. 1, and Second runner up was Bhaviya Anthal of Prinston English Academy.
And winner of Above 5th class category - Jagreet Kaur of Prinston English Academy, 1st runner up was Deepika Somboria of Bright Career High School, 2nd runner ups were Bhumika Anthal of Prinston English Academy and Chetan of Bright career High School.
